N.O.O.B. (Caleb40043's conception)

N.O.O.B. (New Out-Of-gas Blimp) is an extremely weak blimp the player encounters. It takes 50 hits to pop and spawns 2 Ceramic Bloons when popped. It also spawns in groups of 4 from the Mini M.O.A.B.. It resembles a tiny red M.O.A.B., slightly bigger than a Ceramic Bloon. It first appears on Round 42. Since the name contains "Out-of-gas", the blimp will occasionally stop in the middle of the track. This does not stop the Ceramic Bloons, however. It's speed is a Green Bloon.
