Simply said, you have constantly edited other pages in order to add a category, while said category is declared useless by a few of us already.
This is a generally discouraged action, and due to this (plus ignoring warnings given to you), you are now blocked for 3 days.
I, and many of those who warned you before this, sincerely hope that you can learn this lesson. Don't randomly add categories to pages, and even when necessary, don't overdo it. If anything, don't edit other people's pages at all.

Hi, please do not add duplicate or useless categories to pages i.e. Attacking Bloons if there already is Attacking bloons in the page. This can, at worse, be considered badgehunt (editing pages for the sake of getting badges/arrogancy) so please do not do so in the future, thanks.
And once again Hoan, you have done something wrong with the categories.
I will give you a level two block like previously, but after this, the block times may get longer.
What you did was create a category that couldn't cover a wide range of uses. Also, you were removing categories that were correctly added.
In the future, maybe you should let other users do the categorizing for you unless you're absolutely 100% sure that the category modification is not going to cause problems.
We don't allow the use of personal categories on this wikia to prevent badge-hunting.
Here's section 2.3 on the policies:
"Users should not add irrelevant or completely made-up categories to pages, including their own (this applies not only to conceptions but to blog posts as well). Doing so will grant a level zero punishment, with subsequent re-offenses having higher levels of punishment, topping at level three."
You are free to make a "Hoanganh13's Conceptions" category though. We are not against "personal categories" per se, but it's just that we want to keep everything organized, so we are trying to limit the creation of new categories if they are irrelevant. "My Conceptions" wouldn't be a good category in the public space because "My" can be anyone.
Plus, another thing I saw on one of your edits: please don't add the stub category. If you want to mark a conception as a stub, please use {{stub}}, which will automatically categorize the page. :)
Please stop adding re-adding similar categories that are already on a page. This is pointless, and it's a form of badge-hunting. For example, I saw that you added the Attacking Bloons category to a page with the Attacking bloons category.
Also, just want to clarify because I can't tell if you got this or not, but that Monkey Towers aren't towers that are on the monkey's side. They're towers that are monkeys.
I saw that this has happened again about half an hour ago.
This will serve the first official warning you are getting regarding this issue. If you keep adding categories that were already on a page, it may result in a block.
I don't like blocking users, but I will if needed, so please check if a category exists already on a page before adding said category to said page.

Well, having authors' categories can actually be good for us. That way it'll be much easier when we need to analyze conceptions from a certain author, and it can also be good for... other things... gwehehe...
Huh. We do have userpages, tho doing those depends on one's preference. Like some of us likes to haijakt their own userpage and stuff...
Seriously, if the Author-showing tricks worked, these would be less of a problem. Too bad Wikia just gave us an non-functioning feature and never explained how to use it at all.

It was some old things, but there's an addon thing that lists conception in the same fashion as the forum page. There are tons of options, one including to show the author. However when I tried that method, regardless of adding whatever parameters or removing them, it doesn't work.
I've actually tried to do that in the time around Anon's arrival and his testtesttest thread.
As Meta said below, please do not edit other people's pages without the author's permission. You could always ask the author to edit it, or voice your opinion in the comments.
