The Hypnotizing Bloon is a bloon that like what it sounds like has the ability to hypnotize monkeys. It is a bloon with the hypnotizing white and black animation and a thin, black outline.

Abilities[]
- Hypnotization: In a range of a 0/0 Dart Monkey around the bloon, all monkeys just stop attacking and look at the bloon for 2 seconds until the effect goes away. The cool down is 2.5 seconds.
- Hypnotizing Orbs: Every 3.65 seconds, an orb with a design of a spinning white and black spiral on it will shot out of the bloon on to a random monkey. These are the possible effect that could be inflicted on the monkey and the surrounding monkeys in a range of a 0/0 Tack Shooter:
- Same as "Hypnotization."
- Attacks the weakest bloon for 2.75 seconds.
- Only attacks the bloon for 1.95 seconds.
- The monkey will start attacking each other from 1.5 to 2.95 seconds.
- Will degrade the tower by one upgrade.
- Will stunned the tower for that round or 1 minute if the round is longer then that.
Trivia[]
- It's main weakness with the Spicy Bloon is towers/upgrades that are machines or non-monkeys, since they don't affected by its abilities.
