When placed he sells weaponry to monkeys.The starting cost is $750 and he sells pistols to nearby monkeys.Pistols shoot at the speed of a dart monkey however they do two layers of damage to bloons.He can only ever sell 1 weapon to the same monkey and you can chose weather or not that monkey uses it slash if you have super monkey you probably want it to de equip the weapon as the standard attack is stronger.To de equip you click the monkey and near the attack priority buttons a button will say de equip.

He sells better ammunition so the guns do 5 layers of damage.$1250

He sells a Uzi which fires x2 faster.$1500

He now sells grenades for the monkeys to use.They will randomly throw one towards bloons after the sale.$1750
Minigun
He sells a mini gun which fires 10 bullets every 4 seconds!$5500

He sells weapons to you.$2500 To buy weapons you click the ability button that shows a gun.When in the store a pistol costs:$50 for a Uzi it is:$300 and for the minigun it is:$1000.After buying you can equip it buy clicking it and then to fire you need ammo which costs:$5 for 2.Once equipped you touch to fire to unequip you go back to the store and click the weapon currently in use.
Backstory
While he was a kid he was always fascinated with weapons and fighting however his father did not approve and told him that he'll never get a job.When turning 18 he joined the army but his father figured out and forced him out of it.Now he proved his father wrong and sells weapons to monkeys.
