The H.E.L.L.O (Hydrogen Empowered eLite Lead enfOrcer) is a Blimp that uses the power of Water to it's advantage. It has 15000 HP, it moves at the speed of a Glued Lead Bloon and it's child is a single D.D.T along with 4 Camo Zebra Bloons. It is Immune to everything a Lead is immune to aswell as everything a White Bloon is immune to.

Attacks[]

H.E.L.L.O will use all of his attacks whenever their cooldown finishes, not whenever it feels like it or when a cooldown on all attacks universally has been done.

Floodgate: This attack deals 3 damage to all monkeys, and every time it is used it will sweep a monkey away in the strong currant, which is essentially killing them for 3 rounds until they return to their position. Cooldown: 15s

Heavie Raine: This attack deals 2+(0+Y)x(2+Y) damage to all monkeys, where Y is the amount of time the attack has been used. VERY deadly if it stacks up, dealing 35 Damage on the fifth usage. Cooldown: 20s

Hydro Pump: Sweeps away the monkey with the most DPS or the monkey providing the most DPS to nearby towers, or if the monkey in question is a building or computer-like device then it deals 30 Damage to them. Cooldown: 10s

Spring and Neap (Passive): This move either boosts the speed at which bloons travel by 50%, increases his moves damage by 50% OR reduces his cooldown between attacks by 3s. This ability will start out as boosting the speed that bloons travel by 50% then after 7s it switches to increasing his moves damage by 50% then after 4s it switches to reducing his attack cooldown by 3s then after 7s it switches back to 50% damage increase and then after 3s it goes back to boosting the speed at which bloons travel by 50% and the cycle continues.

Trivia[]

This bloon is free for anyone to use, just say so in the comments and it's automatically allowed!

I don't actually know anything about Hydrogen but I do know some things about the Spring and Neap tides, so I let that be it's passive move.

The song for this fight is the made to be ironically good but is actually unironically good to a certain extent Waters of Monika by Maki Ligon (and I know it's unrelated but it's just a cool, intense battle theme.)
